I went to Montana, where I grew up going to visit my grandparents and stayed in their empty home, remembering all the good times we had and visiting their grave sites. I spent a week in their home and wrote these songs in memory and honor of them. I wasn't concerned with audio fidelity and you can hear birds outside the window and other ambient sounds. Instead I was more interested in fidelity of truth and feeling. Trying to express my love and heartache at missing them. I hope these songs of love and remembrance connect with you and bring you joy and remind you of people you love and honor.
